The FLOW
This is our signature class! Vinyasa Flow at it's finest! You'll move through poses at a gentle and controlled rate, building strength and confidence as you go. Do you ever wonder if you are getting better at something? This 60 minute practice will be the same every time you come in and you will see improvements one breathe at a time!

FLOW Yoga
You never know exactly what you'll get! I promise you will be challenged within a 60 minute Vinyasa Flow sequence. Sometimes building to a peak pose, sometimes being playful and creative, and sometimes just working hard.

Pilates
Yoga is just a side dish during this 60 minute, Pilates inspired workout. Focus on body alignment, breathe, core, balance and control. Added weights, resistance bands and other tools create an exciting core-based strength and conditioning practice.

Barre
A fun, playful, challenging ballet-inspired 60 minute class set to music. Expect a full body workout, using light weights and various other tools to get the job done. I didn't say it would be easy, but i said it would be fun!

BEST CLASS FOR BEGINNERS! A house built on a shaky foundation might stand for a few years, but it probably won't last forever. This 60 minute class will help you build strength, confidence, and proper alignment. We want to help you work with YOUR body and give you the tools to confidently step into all of our classes.

Deep Stretch
GREAT CLASS FOR BEGINNERS! No week is complete with out one rest and recovery day. Treat yourself to 60 minutes of stretching, relaxing, and rolling. Expect to use foam rollers, trigger point massage balls and various props to loosen and refresh all your cells. Deep breathe in.... now let it go...
FLOW - Sculpt
Yoga with A LOT more spice! Vinyasa Flow with the addition of hand weights and resistance bands creates a super dynamic, sweaty, strong practice. Lengthen, strengthen, sweat, breathe... leave a more powerful human.
Cardio
Yoga as an appetizer, HIIT (high intensity intervals) as the entree, pilates as the dessert. This 60 minute hybrid class is one of our most effective and efficient workouts.
